Returns
We hope you love your ORMZ kit.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase you have 28-days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Postage: You are responsible for the Parcel and all costs associated with its transport until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked/insured service.

Please ensure your items are securely packaged.

Refunds
Refunds are usually processed within 10 days of receipt and made to the original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once your refund has been processed. It can take up to 5 working days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We're not able to offer On-Line exchanges. Please follow the Returns Policy for a Refund and place a new order for the item you want.
